"Suspiciously Good Shoes"
These shoes are way more comfortable than I expected, and they’ve been holding up really well so far. Almost too well, if you ask me. Like, what do they know that my old shoes didn’t? Either way, I’m not complaining.

"So comfy I wear them all day"
I got my first pair from hoka.com and they’ve been way softer than I expected, I’ve been wearing them for walks and also to work and my feet still feel good at the end of the day which never really happens for me, super comfy and I’m really happy I bought them.

"Finally, something that actually fits"
After trying on so many things that are either way too tight or weirdly oversized, this was such a relief. It’s true to size and super comfy, which really shouldn’t be that hard to find, but apparently it is. Fits just right for me

I ordered these from hoka.com after my old shoes started making my arches hurt, and honestly... such a difference. I can walk around all day in them and my feet don't feel nearly as tired. They have good support without being stiff or too hard, which I was worried about. Shipping was totally fine too. Really happy I got them...

I ordered a pair of Hokas from the site and the whole process was really smooth. The sizes and colors were easy to see, checkout was quick with no problems, and I got my order confirmation right away. The shipping updates were straightforward too. Nothing over the top, it just worked the way it should. I’d definitely use hoka.com again.

I ordered from hoka.com the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking info the next day, and it actually kept updating, which I always appreciate.
The shoes showed up right on time, and the box wasn’t beat up or anything. It was a super simple order with no issues at all, so I’d definitely give the delivery 5 stars

I usually have the worst luck with shoes, so I expected these to bother me like most do. But they’re actually really comfy and didn’t give me any trouble on runs or walks. For once, I didn’t feel like I was fighting my shoes the whole time

"I do really like how my..."
I do really like how my Hokas feel, especially on longer walks. I remember the first time I wore them out, my feet felt so much better than usual, and that kind of stuck with me. They’re soft, supportive, and easy to wear day to day. That said, every time I think back to what I paid for them, I’m not totally convinced they’re worth the full price. They’ve held up fine, nothing terrible, but they don’t feel so amazing that the cost totally makes sense to me. I’d probably buy them again, but only if I found them on sale

"Decent help, but replies took a while"
Customer service was alright, just not especially quick. I had to wait a few days to hear back about my return, which was a bit annoying, but they did get it sorted eventually. The shoes are fine, I just wish they were faster and a little clearer with it.

"Nice styles, but some colors were out of stock"
I like shopping on hoka.com because, the shoes come in a lot of fun colors instead of just the usual black and white. Some of the styles look really clean too, which I appreciate. I’m giving it 4 stars because, yeah, a few of the colors I wanted were sold out in my size, and that was kind of annoying. But overall, it was still easy to find something I liked.

"Really comfortable cushioning"
I ordered my Hokas from hoka.com and I’ve been happy with them. The cushioning is definitely the standout for me, I’m on my feet a lot, and my knees don’t feel nearly as worn out by the end of the day. They did feel a little bulky at first, but I got used to that fast. Shipping was smooth too, no problems there. i’d buy another pair
